Hex 1.2 Mini Screw 2.ASBE Trephine Concept The greatest advantage of the ASBE (Adjustable Stopper & Bo ne Ejecting) Trephine is that it can execute the functions of both the Trephine Stopper and the Bone Ejector. The rotation of the shank is adjusted by the Hex 1.2 mini screw. (Use the Hand driver Hex 1.2 in the surgical kit) Marking 2.0, 4.0, 5.0~6.0, 8.0mm The Shank Marking on the stopper represents the length. From the left, the markings indicate 9mm, 8mm, 6mm, 5mm, 4 mm, 2mm. The thread pitch is 0.5P and upon turning th e stopper 360 degrees, the stopper moves 0.5mm.

The Diamond Drill does not use the concept of cutting away the me mbrane by the use of spinning blades. It makes a hole on the maxilla and since the contact area with the membrane is large ( as you can see in the picture), the membrane is not damaged a t all. With the Diamond Drill, you can easily penetrate the maxil la and perform the sinus elevation with ease. 6. 5.Mushroom Concept The Mushroom Sinus Lift instrument is designed to allo w the surgeon to elevate the membrane accordin g to fixture length and desirable location after the sinus perforation.
