JACoW Status Report, Team Meeting, Oak Ridge, November 2004, J. Poole 4 JACoWJACoW Problems in 2004 Domain registration failure on several occasions (down for several hours and in one case, days). Website was migrated on October 14 – some problems since then with search engine and uploading. Search engine still returns some garbage in the first line of the descriptive information for a small number of papers. Search engine does not return some papers – two cases have been reported. Both now OK since the migration and re-indexing

JACoW Status Report, Team Meeting, Oak Ridge, November 2004, J. Poole 7 JACoWJACoW The Future ? EPAC is the first conference to only have electronic publication. This raises the question of it is worth numbering the pages A suggestion has been received that we should add a definition of how to cite papers published on JACoW Any suggestion as to how the library data should be made available ? Extract the data from SPMS and make a link from a new page on the JACoW website ?
