The Greek flag was taken in on December 22, 1978. The blue represents for the water of the Greek seas and the white for the foam of the end less waves of the Greek waters. The cross stands for there religion of the Geek Orthodox.

Greeks have a high percentage of people who believe in Gods and Goddesses. Artemis is there goddess of the hunt and the Romans call her Diana. Athena is the goddess of wisdom, war, and art. Zeus is the king of gods. Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto and the twin brother of Artemis.
