Gradually over the last 20 years the prices dropped and devices got smaller.  Features of Mobile Phones: Calling Short Message Service Clock, Calculator, Calendar Alarms Games Radio Video, Photos library Video/ Music Player  Smart phones include applications and have touch screen, real and virtual Keypads. Email and internet services, Satellite Navigation, Bluetooth and WiFi ICT in mobile phones
