We live in a hot paced world where innovation is desperately needed to stay ahead in the game. Wise companies will put Xers in the hot seats where they’ll be allowed to ‘do the impossible.’ They’ll need to be allocated new job titles like head innovator, the cannibaliser and director of story telling. How can we get under 48’s involved in leadership and decision making in the local church? What needs to change to facilitate that?

Worship Sunday worship is not shaped for those under 48 Too predictable & slow Too much formality Too little movement Too little participation Not a multi-sensory experience Not directly relevant to life Not a high expectation of seeing God at work

Worship Can we change what we do when we share together? OR Do we need to develop different styles of worship in different settings

We are in an era where planting new kinds of churches for our generation will be essential if some people are to have any experience of Christian community.
