Develop a cross platform tool for ICCM Retrieves cultural data & compares different cultures Primarily using the Hofstede Model Data Power Distance, Individualism, Gender Equality etc. Web + Android and iOS app Web will focus more on multimedia and extended comparison capabilities (comparing more than 2 countries) Q&A forum run by experts Apps will be more restricted and compact but will have offline functionality Have a small survey to learn a bit about the user Can be used later on for research Comparison on 2 countries Save content for a later viewing

5. Organization and retrieval of data on different countries Streaming multimedia in an efficient manner on the web Learning 3 new platforms and their languages Web, iOS, Android Making both applications complimentary and not redundant

6. Get familiar with each platform we are going to use HTML, PHP, JS,CSS, iOS (Objective C & Swift), Android (Java) Develop simple “Hello world” programs in each one Visual Development - Design the look and feel Write the following: Requirement Document Design Document Test Plan

7. Develop basic skeleton of the mobile/ web application We may have some functionality by this time Know where everything will go on each app The design and potential layout of each platform will be ready (web, android) Menus Buttons Navigation bars

8. Have functionality Web app should be able to compare between 3 countries Mobile app should be able to compare between 2 Both will be able to display information on a chosen country Rough but complete prototype of the tools should be developed
