LOCAL COMMUNITY PLAN Progress made: 82 actions 48 complete 20 on schedule 13 behind schedule Work to be done to encourage partner ownership Need to undertake full review of content Difficulty ensuring progress across all themes

DUNDEE PARTNERSHIP £10,000 ALLOCATION Local Community Planning Partnership agreed spend priorities −Deprivation −Substance Misuse −Health/Mental Health/Loneliness −Early Intervention Delivery routes identified and applications developed Local Community Planning Partnership approved recommendations Usual approval route thereafter

NEW PROJECTS FUNDED Adaction – Recovery Champion Active Schools – Holiday Provision Food Train – Befriending Project Labour Train – Gardening Project City Church – Lunch Club Caledonia Housing Association – Extended patio and reminiscence resources Community Spirit – Notice Board Solar Cities – Logie Insulation Pilot Fire and Rescue – Deaf Alarms

MAIN ISSUES AND CHALLENGES Sustaining involvement of local community reps in the LCPP process – needs to be relevant Lack of progress with action around all themes Maintaining support to existing community structures – within the context of further budget cuts Encouraging wider community to become involved in community matters – team discussions around strengthening local democracy Ensuring continued allocation of Dundee Partnership Funds
