In September we had a meeting to talk about this project, after massive brainstorming we created four groups which deal with different elements of our company:  Production – responsible for recycling of everyday stuff  Marketing – responsible for promotion  Management – responsible for money issues and taking care of other departments.  Services- workshops Introduction of our company

4. Our main aim is to run a company which uses all waste that may be recycled (bottles, caps, etc.), which are used to create things such as:  Bow-ties,  Beads,  Flowers made out of plastic (PET),  Wallets (Tetra Pak), Inspiration

9. We are also inspired by our folklore, not only by things that may be recycled. Inspiration

12. Our target groups are:  Our school comminuty  Parents, colleagues, friends  Partners form our project  Other schools in our region  Local community We want to reach them by workshops, fairs at schools and by being on the Cieszyn’s market. Future products:

13. Promotion is in the hands of our students from the Technical Class of Organization and Advertisement, they will take care of:  Logo  Company’s name  Website of our company  Advertisement  Tags – each product will be stamped with the logo of our project. Promotion

14. To reach our goal we will do / take part in such things during the two years:  Graphic and Photographic workshops  Lectures and trainings with experts from marketing  Business language classes How do we want to reach our goals?
