Process 24 chat transcripts were nominated Chair stripped transcripts of question ID and all librarian/institution information Transcripts and Rubric placed on Google Docs 3 other committee members scored all 24 transcripts over a 2 week period Top transcripts/scores were sent to the Chair 2 winning transcripts, 3 honorable mention
