5. Les Invalides Largest single collection/complex of monuments in Paris. 2 blocks away from Eiffel Tower. Built by Louis XIV. Burial site for France’s war heroes. Was built from 1671 to 1676. Is 328 years old.

7. Facts Used to house wounded soldiers. Was a retirement home for war heroes. All buildings relate to France’s military history. Full name was “Hopital des Invalides, which means, “Hospital for invalides.” Napoleon’s tomb is in the dome.
