When you’re in good health, you have enough energy to perform daily activities of life, and to cope with everyday stresses and challenges, fight diseases and avoid injury. Physical health includes: adequate sleep, rest, nutrition, hydration, enough physical activity and strategies to avoid harmful substances. Mental/Emotional health =Your feeling about yourself how well you meet the demands of daily life. People with good M/E Health enjoy new challenges. People with good M/E Health enjoy new challenges. Frustration, negative thoughts etc.
