Acquire knowledge on avoiding dangerous situations Live in a first world/developed country Have basic needs (shelter, food, clean water, clothes) Live in a hygienic environment OBJECTIVE 1: HAVE A PROPER LIVING ENVIRONMENT

Acquire sustainable income to provide for a proper shelter for you and your family Have money to afford surgeries/medications that will help you live a longer life Have a good paying job and stable income after retirement OBJECTIVE 2: HAVE WEALTH

Physically: Eat healthy foods, maintain a balanced diet, increase antioxidants (i.e. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water) Stay active, exercise more Maintain a healthy weight Do not have any bad habits (i.e. smoking, drinking, drugs) Do regular self examinations/check ups OBJECTIVE 3: LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Mentally: Acquire mental support by having a loving family and maintaining strong social support, who will also take care of you when you're older Be optimistic, be positive Learn to relax and reduce stress related conditions (i.e. depression) OBJECTIVE 3: LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Will help in acquiring wealth Acquire knowledge on aging and how to live a long life Complete at least the required education under the governmental system Stay concurrent with world events Read books and news relating to health/aging Learn how to be verified to the standards of the Guinness World Records OBJECTIVE 4: ACQUIRE EDUCATION
