8. General Findings
Teachers throughout the countries visited are committed and enthusiastic. They show great pride in their schools and the work they do with students.
There is a strong desire to improve learning outcomes for all children in all schools.
Excellent programs are in place for early years, beginning from 3 ½ years old.
Some interesting and highly effective tracking strategies beginning to emerge from schools.
Existence of additional teacher aid support in many schools.
