CCWG January 29 th Meeting RSS Feeds Update Amy Apodaca, ERCOT Web Content Coordinator, reported that the RSS Feeds application has not been implemented yet, but should be implemented in 2 weeks. A Market Notice will be sent out with instructions on getting to the RSS Feeds page. The RSS Feeds page will have a pop-up window with instructions to set up for specific feed reader types, Google Reader, Microsoft Outlook ‘07, Yahoo, Newsgator FeedDemon, and MSN. 3

CCWG January 29 th Meeting COPMGRRs COPMGRR016, Update to Section 12, Renewable Energy Credits due to PRR808 CCWG submits comments to clarify if the P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.173, Goal for Renewable Energy, goes beyond Entities outside of the ERCOT Region or if it only applies to Competitive Retailer Entities within the ERCOT Region “The statewide Texas REC Trading Program applies to Retail Entities that offer Customer Choice, as defined by the P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.173, Goal for Renewable Energy, including: 1. Retail Electric Providers (REPs); 2. Opt-in Municipally Owned Utilities (MOUs) and distribution Cooperatives; 3. Investor Owned Utilities (IOUs) that have unbundled pursuant to PURA Chapter 39, Restructuring of Electric Utility Industry. Competitive Retail Entities are required to obtain and retire RECs based on their Load Ratio Share (LRS) of the competitive retail Load served in Texas, and the annual statewide REC mandate.” 5
