Challenges for implementation  Scientists going into areas where there was no previous scientist training  Rotations will need to be managed  Student expectations Will they be able to choose their placements after rotation?  Existing staff how will equivalence be achieved to access postgraduate education  Not practical or desirable for some employees to progress through the training scheme
