Second biggest ethnical minority in Germany have no minority rights. Poles in the Eastern Borderlands (former territory of the eastern provinces of Poland - western Ukraine, western Belarus and eastern Lithuania) are persecuted How many of you have heard about previous QV conferences? Who knows what issues and projects were talked about? Who knows what the result was?

POLISH COOPERATION NETWORK Biggest problem - communication Dawid Wawrzyniak www.polishcooperation.netwawrzyniak@polishcooperation.net Different reports – the same problem again and again – communication. Without communicating we cannot cooperate, develop, or be united. Let’s do worldwide conferences over the whole year, 365 days, 24/7.

POLISH COOPERATION NETWORK Solution Dawid Wawrzyniak www.polishcooperation.netwawrzyniak@polishcooperation.net Use a proper medium – INTERNET Plug in our organisations by having a professional websites. Give them for free and provide free technical support. Organisations who have already websites could swap them to ours. For others provide different solutions so they could use at least some part of our system. The most important part - connect all that into one huge network. Create various databases which all of you could access from your own websites.

Research modules with Szkoła Liderów and Instytut Naukowo-Badawczy im. Zygmunta Wojciechowskiego in Poznań.

Easier to coordinate different kinds of actions. Simpler and faster promotion of what we want to convey. Common databases like: address databases for the press or of other organisations. Diversity – the key to our success. Mutual motivation. Lower cost. Easier and cheaper to introduce new features. The more people join the faster we all develope.
