5 Customer  Call Center receives customer call / all calls logged  Call Center assigns call to Service Area  Service Area completes request and notifies Call Center* *notification of completion by Service Area that fail to meet pre-set response times are automatically escalated to next level of management.  Call Center follows up with a call to the Customer to close the loop How it works…
