Today's Lesson is.... Today we will be writing a letter to your favorite volunteer, this could be anyone from your favorite tutor to me, to Mr. Thomas, to Ms. Earnestine! What you are doing today is writing a "Thank You" letter to your favorite tutor and telling them Thank You for always helping you and your favorite part of Prosperity Project. (Adults write to a friend)

Word Ethics and Common Rules Always capitalize the beginning of sentences and words such as names and "I" Try to make separate paragraphs if you write more than five sentences so everything doesn't look jumbled Don't overuse bolds, italics, and underlining

Go to OneDrive in Office 365 Note that "SkyDrive" has changed to "OneDrive"

Then... Make a new Word document and name it "My Thank You Letter". Refer to my example letter (linked earlier in this presentation) on how to format your letter

Finally... Once you are done, get my or Mr. Thomas's attention and once your letter is completely done we can print it out. DO NOT try to print before we give you approval
