East Hartford High School LMC Monthly Report May 2011 Library Highlights: 182 classes used the library during the month for research, computer use, projects, tutoring, and checking out books The LMC hosted over 6500 study hall students during the school days of this month Several new author autographed books were obtained for free for the library when the librarian attended BookExpo America, a huge book publishing industry conference

Ms. Barry – Social Studies Mrs. Mazzadra – Sp. Ed. Created carts to support these classes for research assignments; books were brought to classrooms to be used there UCONN ECE (Early College Experience) Ms. Shaker – ECE English classes Created library webpage specifically for these students; walked classes through several UCONN research databases
