2. 2 NTTC Training 2011 TAXWISE ONLINE ENHANCEMENTS pg 1  Function Keys - TWO Users will have most of the same functions keys working the same way as in Desktop.  F1 - Opens Program Help  F3 - Toggles between required/not required  F8 - Toggles the override feature if allowed  F9 - Links  TWO Help Center being redesigned/improved  Changes appear minor

3. 3 NTTC Training 2011 TAXWISE ONLINE ENHANCEMENTS pg 2  Restore Returns  Multiple deleted returns can now be restored using the Restore Returns feature  Anyone assigned ADMIN can see list of deleted returns and choose to restore one or all.  Inactive User List  Any user with rights to create new users will get an alert if they try to create a username that exists in inactive user list.  Still no way to permanently delete a user.

5. 5 NTTC Training 2011 TWO & DESKTOP ENHANCEMENTS pg 1  Schedule D and New Form 8949  Lots of new paper, but all key off of revised Capital Gains Worksheet.  Deductible and Nondeductible IRA Workshop  Minor wording changes to lines 10 & 20 to make use of form easier, more understandable  VIN Number Validation  VIN now required for the contribution of vehicle  VIN will be authenticated as valid during data entry

6. 6 NTTC Training 2011 TWO & DESKTOP ENHANCEMENTS pg 2  New Preparer Use Form.  TaxWise now has capability to attach PDF documents, usually scanned documents  For this year out of scope for TaxAide because of security questions  Password Recovery for ADMIN User  An additional option after 3 failed attempts  Prompts User to answer security question and  for ADMIN users e-mail address.
