Key Club Award 0 Award to recognize members for their tenure and participation in the 4-H Program. 0 Members who have at least a 5-year tenure and who are 4-H Jr. Leaders may apply 0 Application forms are available from the County Extension Office. Forms due to State 4-H Office by June 15.
