Letter Dear Parents I am in the war. I am not fighting right now. It is very tough and not fun here. I am restricted on the thing I am able to use, such as guns, bathroom, shower, medicine, water, and food. It is very cold and hard being here, I don’t know very many people. If there is gas we have to wear a gas mask so we don’t inhale the gas. On a day to day basis we only get water if we find a creek to drink in. I hope I’m able to come home soon. Your son, Logan

1page paper The 92 nd division was a group of Americans organized by the United States army in World War 1. But though the 93 rd division was also organized by the United States army it was a group of colored people. I’m sure they were not affected because they have fought in every American war in history. It probably did not affect them too much.

Poetry Summary Alec De Candole This poem was about a boy named Alec who describes his life from collage to death. He tells when he left collage and enlisted in the army and how he was wounded in battle but when he was returned he was shot and killed. And it also says that before he died…he wrote the poem.

Gas Chlorine- Chlorine gas is a chemical element Produced in Germany and USA. Airway irritation, Wheezing, Difficulty breathing, throat, Cough, Chest tightness, Eye irritation, Skin irritation. Coughing, Nausea, Blurred vision. Remove the gas and get medical care. Mustard- Mustard gas is a type of warfare agent. United States Eye irritation, swelling. Itchy skin. People may not always know right away that they have been exposed to mustard gas because it has no smell. medical care It kept out the gas and kept in the fresh air.
