3  Choose one days of the week and eat only fruit and vegetables.  Meat proteins are essential but too much is not good. Our body need a break!

4  Already know all too well: particularly the fizzy juices damage figure, and health.  If you opt for a healthy lifestyle, they do not have that look in your diet.

5  Jogging is the fastest way to lose weight.  Is easy, fast and effective.  You can do jogging in the morning with your dog or when you are boring. You can do this anywhere.

6  Take care of your spine!  When you bend bent your knees!  Sit in a position suitable on the chair and don’t stay very long on the seat.  Don’t lift heavy loads.  Your spine supports a huge pressure!
