IT department provides the business user with the necessary contextual data container as an XSD schema Required data elements are defined using the language that is familiar to business users

Business user simply drag-and-drops the required data elements to the document template in MS-Word Position the cursor where needed and simply drag-and- drop the required data elements to the template

Optionally, the business user authors business rules in a graphical drag-and-drop environment Named rules are expressed as conditions and actions by drag-and-dropping the necessary data elements in combination with predicates (equals, greater/less than, range, etc)

Optionally, the business user associates business rules to the document template via bookmarks Optional paragraphs can be associated with business rules via bookmarks with the same name as the business rule
