Systematically analyse issues and gaps in prevailing micro health insurance (MHI) models/experiments in the country Create an advocacy pitch on community-led models in which communities would be directly involved in any social protection benefit management, so as to improve (i) awareness and (ii) utilisation Mandate of the Action Group
