6. P HASE 1 ( OF 3) Weeks 1-5 Large batch cooking 2,500 meals per day for shelters and low- income daycares. 8am – 3pm (Monday – Friday)

7. P HASE 2 ( OF 3) Weeks 6-10 Retail kitchen prep Guest Chef Night each Thursday 1pm – 8pm (Sunday – Wednesday) 1pm – 11 pm (Thursday)

8. P HASE 3 Weeks 11-16 Restaurant line Catering Job search Graduation 8am – 4pm (Monday through Friday)
