9. Susan B. Anthony Susan B. Anthony was an American civil rights leader who played a tremendous role in the 19th century women's rights movement. She traveled the United States and Europe, and gave many speeches per year on women's rights for about 45 years.

10. Seneca Falls Convention The Seneca Falls Convention was held in Seneca Falls, New York. It took place July 19 - 20, 1848, and was the first women's rights convention held in the United States. Present at the convention were leading reformers, including Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott.
