12. Everybody equal Employees and self employed get the same questions Thus we compare informal and formal occupational groups on the labour market with different contracts

13. Time and wage questions worldwide The salary survey is addressing different groups in the labour market, but they get the same questions about time, contract, wages, benefits. Similar means we can compare groups within a country and cross country.

14. Gender or minority Men, women, mothers, fathers, young, old, or from a different country do get the same questions. The result: we can analyze where the pay gap is exactly, and come up with policy tips for trade unions to close the pay gap.
