Safe Disembarking Cars Cycles and Motorbikes Back Seat Drivers Disembarking accidents are one of the major forms of accidents on our roads today. Accident victims are either the passenger or the passing motorist, pedestrian or very often the silent cyclist. Educating passengers for safety is a must, so the 2- way ‘Magic Mirror’ is truly a life-saving, yet economic piece of equipment that all motorists should install on their vehicles. As a back seat driver, kids would love to help Dad /Mum look out for the traffic conditions behind, in the meantime educating the youngsters to always bear in mind safety by looking behind, whether using the ‘Magic Mirror’ or physically turning their heads.

DIY Installation and Colour Matching Locate the rear B-Pillar Stick on via 3M Tape Colour matched The 2-way ‘Magic Mirror’ is such an economical and simple solution to a very big concern, passenger safety and to a lesser extent, as a driver’s aid for frontal blind spots. The product will come in a few standard colours, however the user could just as easily spray paint and colour match it to their vehicles, by unscrewing the plastic cap and spraying it, no masking required. Both mirrors adjust manually, both vertically and laterally. Installation is as simple as locating the rear B-Pillar, cleaning it thoroughly of oil and grime, and sticking it on with the 3M tape provided, placing it in the correct location. It really is one of those “Why didn’t I think of that!’ ideas. Several worldwide patents have been registered and are pending.

Market Segmentation Passenger Cars SUV’s Taxi’s / Commercial Vehicles The marketing potential of this product is huge for both the after-market and commercial markets. Not many products on the market today are so simple, economical, easy to install and most importantly, provide such safety benefits and convenience. The DIY person could colour match it either with a professional or buy a spray can of touch up paint available at the car mart. The taxi fleet could buy the yellow version and also produce advertisement stickers on the ‘Magic Mirrors’ plastic side panels. This could be leased as a prime advertising locale.
