Workplace Audits Reviewing actual hazards in work place (starting place) 4. Accident Investigation Investigation all incidents

5 Job Hazard Analysis Involve employees & conduct inspections *Conduct the JHA Break the job down into steps Identify the hazards Recommend safe procedures Implement safe procedures Revise JHA as necessary
