7. The Two Person Rule What is it??? Why does it matter???

8. Two person rule  Money will be accompanied by two people at all times.  When money is placed in the bank bags—one person places the money. Then a second person LOCKS the bag.

9. Money Counting Teams adhere to the following:  Two people must be in the money counting office at all times when money is out in the open  Two people will accompany the bank bags of cash and checks to drop in the safe.

10. During a fundraiser, TWO PEOPLE WILL:  Count all cash and checks  Document all checks  Document all totals  Cash and checks along with log sheet will be placed in sealable, serialized bags  Drop the serialized bag into the drop safe in the church office.
