2. This is a reminder to those 7 th and 8 th grade band students who will be participating at the high school football game this evening – please meet in the high school band room at 5:30 to practice. Don’t forget to bring your instrument with you and wear your band shirts and blue jeans.

3. Cross Country Results Against Apple Valley, Macon, Asheville Christian Academy, Asheville, Waynesville, Garrett Anders pounded his way to a 4 th place overall finish in the boys’ race. On the girls’ side, Hannah Sawyer cut through the pack to finish a solid 3 rd place out of 56 total runners, while ‘middle packers’ Indigo Hollister, Amelia Lanier, Calli Hensley, and Shelby Jenkins pushed further towards the front to help secure a 2 nd place team score for the girls. Congratulations to all runners!
