1. TRIAL KCSE EXAMS 2014

2.  Start on 24 th July  End on 6 th August  They will have a study leave beginning on Thursday17 th July  They need the leave to plan and prepare for the exams  Decide whether they want to study from home or from school.

3.  The mocks are intense  In two weeks the boys will seat about 21papers!  Spend about 70 hours doing the exam!  The exams will follow the structure of KCSE

4.  The exams are internally set.  The results of the mocks will be a good indicator of how well prepared the candidate is for KCSE  They will also indicate the subjects and (topics) that need improvement.

5.  They are the only results that the boys will have before KCSE to look for jobs, apply for college etc.  For those applying to American universities, the mock will be submitted as their Mid-Year Report.

6. How parents can Help:  Agree with the boy where he is to study from: Home or school?  Offer encouragement to the boy  When the results are out help him to evaluate his performance with encouragement.
