5. Testing Before a new phone hits the streets people test them out and tell them what things are wrong with the phone and how to make the phone better.

6. Improved Product This product has been improved so much from the first cell phone. Now they have internet, text messaging, caller id, camera, video players, Microsoft Word, and games. There is nothing that a cell phone doesn’t have. Even a GPS system. Cell phones are so high tech now that they have touch screens.

7. End of Cycle When the phone doesn’t work any more after many years you go buy a new phone. And you give the company your old phone so they can recycle it.
