1. ANNOUNCEMENTS Saturday, Tybee Salutes Heroes Inaugural Parade, 1PM beginning at 14 th Street heading north to Memorial Park. There will be a short ceremony at the Veterans Memorial immediately following the parade. Nov 20, Third Thursdays on Tybee with Lauren Lapointe at the Roundabout. There will not be a city council meeting on the 3 rd Thursday this month due to Thanksgiving. The next meeting will be December 11, 2014 at the new Public Safety Building.

2. The Ribbon Cutting/Open House for the new Tybee Island Public Safety Building will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 4:00 – 6:00PM.

Tybee for the Holidays begins Thanksgiving Day Community of Caring for Rising TYde Community Food Pantry, Memorial’s Children’s Hospital & Tybee’s Animal Shelter – donations accepted at participating locations (see website) Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day Small Business Saturday – November 29 Community Decorating Day – November 29 @ 10am – meet at Memorial Park Lights on for Tybee Celebration – December 5 @ 6:30pm Tybee Island Christmas Parade – December 6 @ 1pm Jane Coslick Cottage Tour for the Humane Society – December 6 @ 10am (tickets available now)
