Promotion Messages First of all we need to understand their needs: They are IT students or engineers looking for practical experience which is not offered by their course Are looking for international experiences in their field Can take time off from their academics and tend to be open to any part of the world for their internships They understand that despite their knowledge in technologies, they need soft skills, management skills, teamwork skills and they need to develop themselves in the non-IT sphere. We need to make sure that IT/Engineering students know that we understand them Identify needs
12
Promotion Messages What is our selling point? We offer practical internships in their field (IT TNs) We offer the chance to do this in an international environment We offer involvement in AIESEC which will build their soft skills, management skills, teamwork skills, and all in the real world – not virtual spaces We offer leadership opportunities that can give them an advantage over their peers We offer them to be involved in Projects (many internships require or prefer experience in project management) How do we specifically sell to IT profiles?
