13 Application Update –File Transfer System There were some technical issues regarding the transfer of large files using the ATN FTP server, so the file size per request was limited to 250 megabytes. –Title Data Management Switchover to ONIX data 13

17 Expanded Services –Spring 2010 –DSS to DSS Exchange – ATN staff are developing the DSS to DSS post-production file exchange component. Some of the issues that need to be resolved include: Will the exchange allow partial files to be listed or only complete files? Will the ATN store the exchange files on a server for fulfillment or will files need to be uploaded by the providing member each time they are requested by another member? How will file evaluation guidelines be developed, administered and enforced? 17

18 Expanded Services –Spring 2010 –Federated Search APH is in the process of upgrading their IT platform that supports the LOUIS database of alternate materials (October Completion). RFB&D working with ATN IT regarding a suitable search interface. 18

19 Training: Production Options after Files are Received from Publishers Proposed Agenda (Julie K.
