California also worked on the COSMOS Program for high school students with San Diego State University and the Scripps Institute of Oceanography. COSEE Mid-Atlantic's "Taking the Pulse of Our Changing Planet," professional development program has been implemented at Hampton University. Florida has developed the Ocean Science Concept-Driven Interactive Model (OSCI).
