FLOORING Functional properties of the lobby flooring: Linoleum: durable, easily installed and available in a number of designs suitable but old fashioned. Terracotta or ceramic tiles: durable, aesthetic, easy for cleaning suitable for halls. Cork: softer could be warn out easily not suitable for halls. Hardwood: aesthetic durable, available in a number of designs but expensive.
