10. Foundation Training Encourage club representative to attend District Training Assembly in Roanoke on April 25 for Grants Management - Foundation training. Assistant Governor & Foundation Advocate joint training – DTA, April 25 Encourage President-Elect to attend fall Grants Management - Foundation training – dates TBD.

11. District 7570 Club Foundation Chair Have each club identify their Foundation Chair on their Club Roster on DaCdb by 6/15/15.

District 7570 Foundation Advocates Team with your Foundation Advocates!!  Their goal is to give at least one club presentation during the year & Foundation stories/links throughout year – encourage your clubs to invite them!  Answer Foundation questions  Offer to let them sit in on your president’s meetings

District 7570 Keep Clubs on Track November is Rotary Foundation Month – there will be a Foundation Banquet 11/14 Encourage clubs to recognize those who donate – make it special Encourage clubs & Rotarians to make regular TRF contributions – set example Clubs who bill sustainer contributions with their dues must remit the Foundation sustainer contributions quarterly.
