Provide professional to all district staff Professional development has been provided on a regular basis to staff on a variety of topics, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office applications, MMS, Intranet Server, network access and server functionality. A Technology Application Proficiency survey has been create through the Technology Committee and will be distributed through SharePoint after the start the school year to help guide future professional development needs Construct a helpdesk, network utilization and monitoring system A helpdesk solution has been created and implemented with the use of Microsoft’s SharePoint Portal Server 2007 A network utilization software package was introduced to the network. The software impacted the network negatively and is only being used to monitor network hardware conductivity. Implement wireless access in all buildings Wireless conductivity has been completely installed and configured in every location throughout the district

Implement SharePoint Portal Services district wide to allow staff to share, develop teacher websites and effectively and efficiently communicate information Acquired and configured the proper hardware to support the district intranet server Installed and configured SharePoint Server Portal software Designed and organized the following sites; professional development center, document resource center, teacher website center, and technology support center Utilize the SharePoint server for teacher webpages with the use of a standardized template High School- The technology department failed to implement this resource Middle School- These sites were completely implemented to all teachers HES- The proper training opportunities were established but the technology department was not provided the available time for training BES/KES- These sites were completely implemented with a small amount sites not establish due staff resistance to change Enhance the already established group policies to all locations to impact staff and student teaching and learning This is any ongoing project that has and will progress over time with success. These policies are being edited in small increments to ensure availability to required resources

Implement Windows System Update Server district wide to provide windows updates with greater reliability and efficiency. This software has been implemented in two of the five locations in the district The software has been updating workstations on an ongoing basics with success Purchase and deploy a video conferencing solution. A solution was implemented into the district without a successful result. The conferencing solution failed to establish itself as a useful tool at this time. This could have been a result of lack of training and/or staff was not prepared for such an implementation
