3  Home See all your “Calls”, “Meetings”, and “Leads” for the day.  Leads Your leads will come from the lead source and get entered in as a new opportunity.  Contacts Your contacts are leads that have been converted.  Activities Your activities are the scheduled calls, meetings, and tasks for a contact or lead.  Opportunities and Production Enter in your opportunities, sales, and new business to track, manage, and monitor your production and profits.  Dashboard See an overview of where your best lead sources are coming from.

4  A tool for lead seekers, recruiters, and managers to organize the job. Manage business leads with the Leads Control Panel. iBoomerang provides top quality contact management software just for you.  To access the leads control panel, go to your iBoomerang Back Office. Have the leads receive an email automatically via the control panel and then enter the lead into the CMT for further management.

7  To login to your CMT, simply go to your iBoomerang back office and login.  Be sure to save the CMT to your favorites.  Username: First Initial and last Name  Password: Same as your iBoomerang password

9  Click home to see all your “Calls”, “Meetings”, and “Leads” the day.

11  Your leads will come from the lead source and you will enter the leads as a new lead. Then a new “Opportunity.”

13 Click Import Choose Mapping Click Next Browse Computer Map any new fields Click “Import Now”

24  In the Calendar you will be scheduling appointments with your current clients and potential clients.  Be sure to check your calendar regularly

29  Enter in your opportunities, sales, and new business to track, manage, and monitor your production and profits.  See who is the best lead source for you

32  See an overview of where your best leads are coming from.  Track your production over the month

34  See all your leads emailed directly to your CMT from the lead source.  Import your leads directly into the CMT

35  Configure your email to receive all of your email sources.  Get all your email within the CMT.  Settings are the same as Outlook

37  Once you enter the correct settings you will be able to “Check Mail”.  Click “Check Mail” and your CMT will import all email from your email client.  From there you can send and receive emails.  If you have any questions about setting up your email, please call customer service.
