Issues/Concerns (Alerts) ISSUE: – Requires valid e-mail address – AD groups can only accommodate 1 e-mail address (Note: Alerts do work if individual account exists) SOLUTIONS: 1.Local e-mail distribution lists CONCERN: – would require frequent “local IT” and reports coordinator maintenance – CANNOT use 1 distribution address for each AD group 2.Return to e-mail notifications 3.Use of Announcement section – requires manual check for new items STATUS: – DISCUSSION
