3 Dimensions of Poverty  Income Dimension  28.4% of Filipino families or 4.3 million families live below poverty threshold ( P160 per day per family of 5).  13% of Filipino families or 2 million families live below food threshold ( P107 per day per family of 5).  Poverty incidence in rural areas is 48.8% as compared to 18.6% in urban areas.  Four out of 10 poorest provinces are in ARMM (Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur)
