14. Open the ETA Program Reporting e- mail to obtain the RAD System website, Grantee Password and PIN. Click on the link to the RAD system website Enter your Password and click Login.

16. Quarterly Progress Report Click the Reports tab from the RAD menu bar. The Reports screen is displayed. Click the Grantee Quarterly Performance Report link.
