7 National COSEE Council - NCC 1- What is a COSEE council member? 2- What is a quorum for the COSEE Network? 3- Meetings (physical and virtual) and their functions

8 A voting member - Representative of a funded COSEE - Former COSEE representatives can continue to serve and vote by meeting these minimum criteria: - COSEE criteria of excellence - Support from other sources for their center - Capacity to attend and contribute to network meetings and/or projects A non-voting member or affiliate Groups/Individuals that complement/enhance COSEE mission without drawing upon previously allocated resources (GK-12, MSP etc…) What is a COSEE council member?
