5. 3. People and culture  Characterise the new employees in an e-organisation  How will you build up a culture to fit the rapid change in the e-world?  How can you support a culture that makes it worth to be innovative?

6. 4. Coherence  The value-chain is the basic structure in a flexible e-organisation  What will you suggest to make people aware of the fact that all they are doing should be of importance to the value chain?
