22  21 st Century Knowledge and skills that are embedded in high quality Academic and Career, Technical Education programs.  Assess individual student interests and needs, and customize an individual plan of study (IPoS) based on students interests and needs.  Staff are trained to meet annually/frequently with student and parents to review IPoS to guide schedules and activities.  Rigorous college and career ready standards and curriculum that allows students to enter and to advance in College and Career fields.  The opportunity to: earn post-secondary recognized certificates; to be a concentrator for a Career Pathway; and earn post- secondary credit.  Flexible learning environment with strong comprehensive connections between school, business, community and post- secondary.  Educational, career and civic exploration programs so students can navigate the world beyond high school.
