3 Cast of Characters Alfred - A 17 year old African-American who has dropped out of school and trying to decide what to with his life. James - Alfred’s best friend who has also quit school and has joined forces with Major, a drug dealer. Major - A bully who is older than Alfred and James and tries to influence them both with gangs and drugs. Mr. Donatelli - A boxing trainer that loves his boxers and offers them wise advice about boxing and life.
