Your Choice The first store opened in Ontario in 1982, one then opened Quebec in 1992. In 1997 it opened in the western provinces by acquiring the business of Jeffrey's Food, based in Calgary, Alberta. M&M opened is first store in Yukon Territory (Whitehorse) in 2004 and in the North West Territories in 2006 (Yellowknife). There are now stores coast to coast in Canada and some in the United States.

The Franchise Contract Royalties are 3% of gross sales and are paid to Head Office on a monthly Marketing fund is also paid on a monthly basis at the rate of 2% gross sales M&M Meat Shops is a franchised operation that requires a total investment of approx. $346 000 $50 000 (approx.) is for the initial inventory and cash on hand $261 000 (approx.) is the capital required
